Lindsay Dilorenzo is our office manager. As office manager, she observes and improves the flow in every facet of the office. She oversees the entire staff, maintains our office and medical supply stock, monitors patient check-in and check-out processes, ensures professionalism of the staff, hires and trains new staff, monitors the timeliness of patient visits, and monitors patient and pharmacy call-backs. Basically, her top priority is to ensure high quality patient care!
Lindsay was raised in nearby Park Ridge, NJ, with her sisters and brother. She attended Park Ridge High School, graduating in 2005. Then she attended Eastwick College and earned her medical assisting degree, after which she studied nursing at Ramapo College. In her free time, she enjoys her family and friends, traveling, board games, puzzles, and cooking.
Over the past decade, she has worked at several medical offices where she was a medical assistant, worked at the front desk doing check-in and check-out, and worked with insurances and assisted medical office managers. She brings her many years of experience in the medical field to Skin & Laser Center of NJ where she is a valuable member of our team!

Shannon Piacente joined the Skin & Laser Center of NJ in December 2016 (when our doors first opened!) as a medical assistant. She quickly excelled, has worked her way up through hard work and dedication, and is now our clinical supervisor and Coolsculpting® specialist and coordinator.
As clinical supervisor, she manages all medical assistants to ensure optimal patient care. She makes sure all patient concerns and questions are addressed in a timely manner. After attending Coolsculpting University in 2018, she became our Coolsculpting® specialist and coordinator. Shannon has performed so many patient Coolsculpting® treatments, she is considered an expert. Additionally, she coordinates and schedules all Coolsculpting® treatments for all providers.
Shannon was raised in nearby Oakland, NJ alongside her sister. She attended Indian Hills High School, graduating in 2008. She then attended Eastwick College and earned her medical assisting degree. She now resides in Bloomingdale, NJ with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and various outdoor activities.
